What the Process Looks Like
We chat.
We hop on a discovery call together where we’ll chat about your goals and dreams for your new website. Then, I’ll send you a fill-in-the-blank template where you’ll share details about your vision and the content I’ll use to build your site.
I build your site.
We’ll have a quick call to kick off the project and get aligned. Then, I’ll take the materials from your prework and inspiration from your Pinterest board, and with your goals and dreams in mind, I’ll dive right in!
You give me your feedback.
You’ll have a full week to click through the site and provide your feedback. I’ll get to work implementing the edits you suggest! After your final approval, I’ll create a custom training video that teaches you how to use your new site and make edits yourself.
We go live!
I will add you as an admin on your website, send you your custom training video, and provide you with a launch graphic so you can announce the launch on social. When you’re ready, we’ll press that button and make your site live on the Internet!
Common Questions
Do you require a deposit to get started?
Yes, I require a deposit to be paid before I start working on your project. The amount depends on which payment plan you choose.
How does the payment plan work?
I offer two different payment structures to my clients. You can pay 50% down and 50% when the site is launched, or you can pay in four-month installments. If you choose the four-month installment plan, you’ll pay 25% upfront and then 25% for the following three months.
How long will the process take?
Once you sign your contract, pay your deposit, and complete the questionnaires, my part of the website or branding process takes about four weeks from start to finish. So, the total timeline of the project depends on how quickly you can send your content to me!
Do you offer any services in addition to your website packages?
Yes! If you need extra materials designed for your brand, I’m your girl! These can include (but aren’t limited to): digital pricing guides, social media graphic templates, flyers, and digital PDFs. Just get in touch with me and we’ll talk about pricing for your custom project!
If you’d like to add more pages to your Squarespace site (in addition to the seven pages your website package includes), I’d be happy to add as many as you need. Extra pages start at $150 per page.
What if I need a logo too?
I can absolutely do that! I offer a $500 Express Branding package that can be added onto your custom website project. Don’t worry - it won’t make your website project take longer! We’ll just work on your branding for the first three days of your design period, and then move on to the website!
