The Website
Alex, the founder of Picnic & Co., is an old friend from elementary school. We’ve kept up with each other on social media through the years, and when I saw that she was starting her company, I reached out to see if I could help her with her website and she said yes!
I always preach that your site should not only be beautiful, but it should be functional and strategic. That’s what truly separates a professional website from a DIY one.
Alex needed a series of processes put in place to automate her business, so we worked together to set up a custom workflow in a platform called Honeybook. Once a potential customer fills out the contact form on the site, they are instantly sent an email with more information, a pricing guide, and a calendar link to book their date and time. Once they pay their deposit, an email is sent out automatically with a questionnaire to help Alex gather more information about their custom picnic. I’m all about helping business owners find ways to cut their to-do lists with automation! This is The SIMPLE Site Shop, after all!
